This is a fully refurbished and tested Wii U. All plastics have been cleaned in hot soapy water, and all internal parts have been cleaned with IPA. Both the console and the gamepad were torn down and cleaned. The unit has been tested to read Wii U and Wii games. The screen on the gamepad looks nearly perfect, not a scratch on it.
